C\u2019est ce que nous allons voir ensemble dans cette notion importante pour votre <strong>gestion de tr\u00e9sorerie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/bilan-comptable-1024x576.png\" alt=\"bilan comptable\" class=\"wp-image-9469\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"underline--hoverpurple\">Compte de r\u00e9sultat et bilan comptable<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La finalit\u00e9 d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/comptabilite\/comptabilite-tout-comprendre-compte-de-resultat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>compte de r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/a> est de soustraire la totalit\u00e9 les produits de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des charges de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence du bilan comptable, il prend seulement en compte les op\u00e9rations qui ont une incidence sur le r\u00e9sultat. Il comporte trois donn\u00e9es : <strong>le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;exploitation<\/strong> (charges d\u2019exploitation courante), le<strong> r\u00e9sultat financier<\/strong> (charges financi\u00e8res) et le <strong>r\u00e9sultat exceptionnel <\/strong>(charges exceptionnelles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019unique lien entre le bilan comptable et le compte de r\u00e9sultat est l\u2019int\u00e9gration des capitaux propres dans la colonne des passifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/rq4h5gwtb71.typeform.com\/to\/LFEsLMPv\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Banniere_mag_Treso_livre-blanc-1.jpg\" alt=\"Banni\u00e8re_mag_Treso_livre blanc iPaidThat\" class=\"wp-image-7986\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"underline--hoverpurple\">L\u2019actif et le passif<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bilan comptable fait partie d\u2019un lot de \u201c<strong>comptes annuels<\/strong>\u201d qui regroupe \u00e0 la fois le bilan, mais aussi le compte de r\u00e9sultat et l\u2019<strong>annexe comptable<\/strong>. C\u2019est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment annuel de la <strong>comptabilit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, il repr\u00e9sente son patrimoine authentique \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En approfondissant un peu plus, on d\u00e9couvre que le bilan comptable est un document financier qui permet concr\u00e8tement \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise de clarifier sa situation comptable \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/fiscalite\/tout-savoir-controle-fiscal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">administration fiscale<\/a> et \u00e9viter les amendes injustifi\u00e9es. C\u2019est la <strong>carte du passif et de l\u2019actif <\/strong>de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les actifs<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les actifs sont divis\u00e9s en deux cat\u00e9gories : les actifs \u00e0 long-terme et les actifs \u00e0 court-terme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers, appel\u00e9s <strong>actifs immobilis\u00e9s<\/strong>, sont ceux qui vont rester longtemps dans l\u2019entreprise et n\u2019ont pas vocation \u00e0 changer. Les actifs immobilis\u00e9s sont dans l\u2019entreprise pour au moins un an et leur valeur est \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 500\u20ac.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les seconds, sont eux appel\u00e9s <strong>actifs circulants<\/strong>. Ce sont les actifs \u00e0 court-terme qui entrent et qui sortent sans arr\u00eat. En revanche, ce type d\u2019actif n\u2019est pas destin\u00e9 \u00e0 rester plus d\u2019un an dans l\u2019entreprise !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Les passifs<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant aux passifs, ils sont \u00e9galement divis\u00e9s entre court et long-terme.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les passifs de long-terme sont appel\u00e9s les <strong>capitaux propres<\/strong> et repr\u00e9sentent ce que l\u2019entreprise doit aux actionnaires. C\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, les fonds financiers qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9s par des actionnaires cherchant \u00e0 rester longtemps acteurs de l\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;Les passifs de court-terme repr\u00e9sentent les <strong>dettes<\/strong> de l\u2019entreprise. Soit tout ce qu\u2019elle doit \u00e0 ses fournisseurs, \u00e0 la banque ou encore \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span class=\"underline--hoverpurple\">Les composants<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant, <strong>l&rsquo;actif de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019elle poss\u00e8de. Cette notion d\u2019actif comporte donc en globalit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les immobilisations (immobilisations corporelles (b\u00e2timents, machines) ou immobilisations incorporelles (logiciels, sites internet, brevet)).<\/li><li>Le stock de marchandises.<\/li><li>Les cr\u00e9ances clients.<\/li><li>L\u2019\u00c9tat (cr\u00e9dit de <a href=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/fiscalite\/tout-savoir-sur-la-tva-declaration-acompte-paiement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TVA<\/a>).<\/li><li>La disponibilit\u00e9 de tr\u00e9sorerie (la caisse, les comptes courants si positifs).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour <strong>le passif de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong>, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019elle doit (les dettes \u00e0 une date donn\u00e9e).
