Dans certains domaines encore, notamment dans <strong>l\u2019informatique<\/strong>, les <strong>femmes<\/strong> sont <strong>minoritaires<\/strong>. Cette non-mixit\u00e9 entra\u00eene des comportements sexistes et <strong>discriminants<\/strong> qui emp\u00eachent les femmes de se sentir en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise. De plus, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion rendent<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.adatechschool.fr\/la-diversite-en-entreprise-offre-une-meilleure-performance-focus-sur-les-metiers-de-linformatique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> les \u00e9quipes plus performantes<\/a>, notamment parce que <strong>l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> vend un produit ou un service qui doit parler et <strong>int\u00e9resser<\/strong> un maximum de profils.\u00a0Nous vous donnons dans cet article <strong>10 conseils pour devenir une entreprise inclusive<\/strong> !\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 1 &#8211; Appliquer une grille salariale claire et transparente <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter de cr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 et \u00e0 terme des discriminations envers les femmes, il est n\u00e9cessaire de cr\u00e9er une grille salariale claire bas\u00e9e sur les <strong>t\u00e2ches<\/strong> \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et sur les objectifs \u00e0 atteindre. Se baser sur le profil et le <strong>parcours<\/strong> de l\u2019individu ne fait qu\u2019accentuer les st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et ne permet pas \u00e0 une personne d\u2019\u00e9voluer et de rendre compte de son plein potentiel. Cette grille <strong>salariale<\/strong> doit \u00eatre partag\u00e9e \u00e0 tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les collaborateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 2 &#8211; Pr\u00e9venir et combattre les discriminations en interne <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce faire, il faut former les personnes de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ipaidthat.io\/mag\/entrepreneur\/les-differentes-types-de-charges-dans-la-creation-dentreprise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019entreprise<\/a><\/strong> sur les notions de harc\u00e8lement et de discriminations pour que tout le monde puisse se rendre compte de ce genre de comportement et mieux <strong>t\u00e9moigner<\/strong> dans le futur. Enfin, il est <strong>recommand\u00e9<\/strong> de mettre en place un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection des discriminations en appliquant une politique de tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard des comportements d\u00e9viants.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 3 &#8211; Insuffler une culture d\u2019entreprise inclusive  <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour se faire, il est <strong>n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> de construire et cultiver une coh\u00e9sion d\u2019\u00e9quipe en organisant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de <strong>teambuilding<\/strong> sur les heures de travail, en organisant des activit\u00e9s qui rassemblent et permettent de cr\u00e9er du lien. N&rsquo;h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 questionner les rituels mis en place pour v\u00e9rifier qu&rsquo;ils soient bien <strong>adapt\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 tout le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 4 &#8211; Offrir aux salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s des locaux adapt\u00e9s <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>infrastructures<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre <strong>adapt\u00e9es<\/strong> \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous. Il doit y avoir le m\u00eame nombre de sanitaires par exemple. Pour v\u00e9rifier que tous les besoins des collaborateur\u00b7trice\u00b7s soient satisfaits, il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 les <strong>questionner<\/strong> et \u00e0 leur demander leur avis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 5 &#8211; Se former sur les biais de genre <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les discriminations de genre sont parfois <strong>ancr\u00e9es<\/strong> en nous et nous perp\u00e9tuons le sexisme sans vraiment en prendre conscience. Pour cultiver l\u2019inclusion en entreprise, il est conseill\u00e9 de proposer des <strong>formations<\/strong> <strong>fr\u00e9quentes<\/strong> sur les biais de genre comme sur toutes les autres probl\u00e9matiques qui peuvent mettre les collaborateur\u00b7trices\u00b7s dans une situation inconfortable. Il faut <strong>communiquer<\/strong> clairement sur les potentialit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9volution dans l\u2019entreprise et faire une revue annuelle <strong>des salaires et responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong> pour identifier si des biais de genre polluent encore le processus d\u2019\u00e9volution interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 7 &#8211; Cr\u00e9er des groupes de dialogue en interne et des r\u00f4les-mod\u00e8les <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sein de l\u2019entreprise et pour <strong>cultiver<\/strong> l\u2019inclusion, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de mettre en place des ateliers, conf\u00e9rences sur des notions pr\u00e9cises comme l\u2019empowerment, l\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re, la <strong>parentalit\u00e9<\/strong> en entreprise. Ces <strong>conf\u00e9rences<\/strong> et ateliers doivent offrir une mise en <strong>lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> de r\u00f4les mod\u00e8les permettant l\u2019identification.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 8 &#8211; Prendre des mesures de Parental Act et d\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 la naissance  <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises inclusives doivent <strong>accompagner<\/strong> leurs salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 leur nouvelle vie. Pour ce faire, elles peuvent par exemple proposer 1 mois de cong\u00e9 au second parent avec le maintien de 100% de sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration. Elles doivent aussi am\u00e9nager le temps de <strong>travail<\/strong> des personnes en charge <strong>d\u2019enfants<\/strong> et s\u2019assurer avec des points r\u00e9guliers que le <strong>rythme<\/strong> am\u00e9nag\u00e9 convient aux salari\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s concern\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s. Il est n\u00e9cessaire aussi de v\u00e9rifier que la parentalit\u00e9 n\u2019emp\u00eache pas les \u00e9volutions de carri\u00e8re en interne et ne devienne pas une source de discriminations.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 9 &#8211; R\u00e9diger des offres d\u2019emploi inclusives <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00catre inclusif, c\u2019est tout d\u2019abord <strong>recruter<\/strong> inclusif. Il est important d\u2019embaucher des profils diversifi\u00e9s. Pour se faire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de r\u00e9diger des offres d\u2019emploi non-genr\u00e9s et de communiquer l\u2019offre sur des r\u00e9seaux <strong>sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> (50inTech par exemple pour toucher les femmes dans la tech). De plus, pour encore une fois contrer le syndr\u00f4me de <strong>l\u2019imposteur<\/strong>, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de d\u00e9crire les r\u00e9sultats et objectifs attendus plut\u00f4t que les comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 avoir pour le poste. Souvent, beaucoup pensent ne pas les avoir et s\u2019auto-censurent alors que dans les faits, il\u00b7elle\u00b7s sont totalement comp\u00e9tent\u00b7e\u00b7s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><span class=\"underline--hover\"> 10 &#8211; Se former \u00e0 mener des entretiens inclusifs  <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde a des biais, m\u00eame en \u00e9tant la personne la mieux intentionn\u00e9e. Les recruteur\u00b7se\u00b7s doivent donc <strong>chasser<\/strong> leurs sch\u00e9mas inconscients pour mener \u00e0 bien les entretiens de recrutement. Pour \u00eatre inclusif, un entretien doit au mieux \u00eatre men\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe mixte. De plus, une trame de questions doit \u00eatre <strong>constitu\u00e9e<\/strong> en amont et \u00eatre la m\u00eame pour tou\u00b7te\u00b7s les candidat\u00b7e\u00b7s. Enfin, il est n\u00e9cessaire de se former tous les jours sur les biais de genre, en suivant des recommandations donn\u00e9es par exemple par Gloria For Business ou encore The Allyance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adatechschool.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ada Tech School <\/a>est une \u00e9cole d\u2019informatique d\u2019un nouveau genre qui s\u2019appuie sur une p\u00e9dagogie alternative, <strong>approchant<\/strong> le code comme une langue vivante, ainsi que sur un environnement f\u00e9ministe et bienveillant.
