La <strong>pand\u00e9mie mondiale<\/strong>, le <strong>Covid-19<\/strong>, a men\u00e9 les cinq continents \u00e0 se confiner chez eux pendant des p\u00e9riodes allant de 2 semaines \u00e0 8 mois. Or, malgr\u00e9 cette <strong>crise<\/strong>, beaucoup d\u2019entre nous ont pu continuer \u00e0 travailler gr\u00e2ce aux outils digitaux \u00e0 notre disposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, la <strong>distanciation sociale<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e ce qui a men\u00e9 \u00e0, dans les cas o\u00f9 c\u2019\u00e9tait possible, la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralisation du <strong>t\u00e9l\u00e9travail<\/strong>. Voyons comment le <strong>coronavirus<\/strong> a impact\u00e9 \u00e0 jamais l\u2019activit\u00e9 en entreprise en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"underline--hover\">La r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9placements, un petit pas pour l\u2019\u00e9cologie<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En France, 7 personnes sur 10 utilisent leurs voitures pour se rendre sur leur lieu de travail. Cela repr\u00e9sente une baisse de 0,01\u00b0C pour 2050 qui, bien que l\u00e9g\u00e8re, signifie une avanc\u00e9e dans la bonne direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"underline--hover\">Le management s\u2019adapte \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9loignement et la crise\n<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2020, les dirigeants ont eu \u00e0 revoir leur gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipe qui passe par la digitalisation de la communication, de la distribution des t\u00e2ches et du suivi de projets. Ainsi, des outils comme <a href=\"http:\/\/slack.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Slack<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notion.so\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Notion<\/a> et <a href=\"http:\/\/trello.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Trello<\/a> se retrouvent au c\u0153ur du management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autre part, on remarque une augmentation du management de transition. Les entreprises en 2020 ont notamment recouru \u00e0 des directeurs financiers et de projets. Selon Adequancy, <strong>les managers de transition devraient repr\u00e9senter 25% de la direction en 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><span class=\"underline--hover\">Les entreprises misent sur la communication virtuelle\n<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019heure du confinement, il est important de maintenir le contact entre coll\u00e8gues. Une \u00e9tude de la Harvard Business School, men\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris, Oslo et New York, r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le nombre de r\u00e9unions a augment\u00e9 de 12,9% et que le nombre de participants a fait un bond de 13,5%.
