La r\u00e9ponse est\u00a0: <strong>le \u00ab\u00a0feel good\u00a0\u00bb management<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les startups, soci\u00e9t\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines et nordiques l\u2019ont bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9&nbsp;: L\u2019employ\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9 pour ses ressources, est d\u2019abord <strong>un \u00eatre humain<\/strong>, avec une vie personnelle, des r\u00eaves, des projets et un quotidien \u00e0 g\u00e9rer (<em>une fuite d\u2019eau, un rendez-vous chez le dentiste, une dispute avec un proche qui casse le moral, des obligations parentales\u2026 la liste est longue)<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019open-space, les capacit\u00e9s de concentration sont de plus en plus r\u00e9duites. Bruitages, ragots, discussions personnelles, \u00e9changes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques trop bruyants, ce brouhaha incessant se traduit in\u00e9vitablement par de l\u2019irritabilit\u00e9 et un rendement d\u00e9ficient. Il est \u00e9valu\u00e9 que la concentration d\u2019un collaborateur est interrompue <strong>toutes les 11 minutes et se re-focalise en 23 minutes<\/strong>. Sur une journ\u00e9e, \u00e7a fait beaucoup d\u2019interruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais en quoi le \u00ab\u00a0<strong>feel good\u00a0\u00bb management<\/strong> peut-il changer la donne&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Remise des compteurs \u00e0 z\u00e9ro&nbsp;<\/strong>!&nbsp;  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En\nFrance on l\u2019appelle Chief of Happiness ou Mr\/Mme bonheur car il instaure un\nmode de management \u00e9thique, bienveillant et redonne du sens au travail\naccompli. Cela\nse traduit par une refonte interne des valeurs et des rapports entre les\nmembres d\u2019une \u00e9quipe, qui, ensemble, se sentent li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise pour\nlaquelle ils prof\u00e8rent leurs diff\u00e9rents talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mod\u00e8le fran\u00e7ais gagnerait en productivit\u00e9 et donc de l&rsquo;argent en appliquant certaines r\u00e9organisations, \u00e0 tous les niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le \u00ab\u00a0feel good\u00a0\u00bb management,<\/strong> <strong>en pratique, \u00e7a donne quoi&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9coute beaucoup plus active des besoins des collaborateurs. Mais aussi une souplesse des emplois du temps qui permet \u00e0 tout \u00e0 chacun de concilier vie personnelle et objectifs professionnels. Ainsi, on obtient une efficacit\u00e9 d\u00e9cupl\u00e9e par une ambiance motivante et une cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un enthousiasme d\u2019\u00e9quipe boost\u00e9. Team building, renforcement positif et flexibilit\u00e9 sont les ma\u00eetres mots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&rsquo;en est-il du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ? \u00c9conomique, \u00e9cologique, il offre une bouff\u00e9e d&rsquo;air frais \u00e0 votre employ\u00e9. Qu\u2019il soit chez lui ou au bureau certains jours de la semaine, tant qu\u2019il remplit ses t\u00e2ches, <em>who cares<\/em>\u00a0? En tant que Mme bonheur et coach en entreprise il y a deux choses que je tente d\u2019inculquer\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Les r\u00e9unions \u00e0-tout-va qui ne servent \u00e0 rien sont \u00e0 \u00e9viter. Sauf pour les vrais dossiers. Sinon une note interne suffit amplement.  <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les reportings. Chaque employ\u00e9 est sujet \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation, ce qui est en soi une bonne chose mais est souvent per\u00e7u comme un jugement redout\u00e9, alors que cela est tr\u00e8s positif. Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019en faire un calvaire, j\u2019enseigne \u00e0 mes dirigeants la <strong>m\u00e9thode sandwich<\/strong>&nbsp;: un point positif suivi du point \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer et finir par ce qu\u2019il fait de mieux en le valorisant. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un employ\u00e9 qui se sent utile et dont le travail est salu\u00e9 vous le rendra au centuple. C\u2019est math\u00e9matique. Nous sommes des humains avec des \u00e9motions, et se sentir rehausser pour nos atouts augmente ind\u00e9niablement notre motivation et donc&nbsp;: <strong>vos profits<\/strong>. Votre r\u00f4le n\u2019est pas facile. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019intervention parfois d\u2019un coach. Vous devez diriger vos \u00e9quipes d\u2019un bras de fer dans un gant de velours. C\u2019est \u00e0 vous qu\u2019incombe le r\u00f4le de cr\u00e9er une harmonie pour une synergie entre tous vos talents. Octroyer sa confiance \u00e0 autrui, le rend redevable de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes qui lui sont attribu\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous serez \u00e9tonn\u00e9s du nouvel enthousiasme de vos collaborateurs. Plut\u00f4t que de voir l\u2019absent\u00e9isme comme une \u00e9pine, voyez-le comme une opportunit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail qui arrange tout le monde sauf les jours de pr\u00e9sence importants. Avec internet, tout est rendu en temps et heures. Lorsque le recadrage s\u2019impose, soyez ferme mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sanctions n\u2019ont jamais men\u00e9 nulle part, en dehors de certains qui se sentiront affaiblis et d\u2019autres r\u00e9volt\u00e9s.
