Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une contrainte fiscale institu\u00e9e par l\u2019article&nbsp;L102 B du Livre des proc\u00e9dures fiscales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les risques de sanctions pour les entreprises<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aucune loi ne sanctionne l\u2019absence de conservation des documents comptables au sens strict. Toutefois, en mati\u00e8re fiscale, le d\u00e9faut de communication d\u2019un justificatif, dans le cadre d\u2019un contr\u00f4le effectu\u00e9 par l\u2019administration, est passible de <strong>10&nbsp;000&nbsp;\u20ac d\u2019amende<\/strong>, pour chaque demande rest\u00e9e sans r\u00e9ponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre en mesure de transmettre les documents, il est donc essentiel de les conserver dans de bonnes conditions. Le montant de l\u2019amende repr\u00e9sente un risque consid\u00e9rable pour la tr\u00e9sorerie de l\u2019entreprise, en particulier pour les petites et moyennes structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conserver ses documents comptables&nbsp;: pourquoi est-ce important&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, conserver ses documents comptables d\u00e9coule avant tout d\u2019une <strong>obligation l\u00e9gale<\/strong>.
