Au c\u0153ur de toutes les pr\u00e9occupations, l\u2019essence m\u00eame du travail en a \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9e&nbsp;: digitalisation, espaces de travail flexibles, outils collaboratifs, espaces de coworking, nomadisme, freelances, \u00e9volutions technologiques&#8230; Ces nouvelles pratiques repr\u00e9sentent un gros changement au niveau de la vie professionnelle au sein d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9. D\u00e9couvrons tout de suite comment les entreprises y font face.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1- Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des managers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les nouveaux modes de travail comme le <\/strong><strong><em>flex-office<\/em><\/strong><strong>, le <\/strong><strong><em>Smart Office<\/em><\/strong><strong>, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, le <\/strong><strong><em>coworking<\/em><\/strong><strong>, les travailleurs nomades, etc\u2026 bousculent les codes du management et l\u2019organisation du travail.<\/strong> Face \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de tous ces nouvelles formes de travail, les ressources humaines ont d\u00fb imaginer des dispositifs pour pr\u00e9parer et accompagner les salari\u00e9s&nbsp;:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les espaces de travail ont d\u00fb \u00eatre revus afin d\u2019offrir des zones de travail correspondant au rythme de chacun. Les bureaux partag\u00e9s et salles de r\u00e9union ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement adapt\u00e9s.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Il a fallu habituer progressivement toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de travailleurs \u00e0 ces nouvelles technologies qui rendent aujourd\u2019hui les entreprises plus attractives.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les modalit\u00e9s de travail sont devenues plus souples, afin de permettre \u00e0 chacun de s\u2019\u00e9panouir autant d\u2019un point de vue professionnel que personnel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une notion de confiance et de proximit\u00e9 s\u2019est instaur\u00e9e dans la hi\u00e9rarchie.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La collaboration est devenue plus diffuse et le r\u00f4le des managers s\u2019est vu transformer pour laisser place \u00e0 un savoir-\u00eatre plus orient\u00e9 vers du coaching d\u2019entreprise.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00e9voluer dans de telles conditions, avec ces nouveaux modes de vie, il a fallu que les managers apprennent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer leurs \u00e9quipes, leurs salari\u00e9s, diff\u00e9remment, non plus en se centrant sur les seuls organes de direction, mais bien en cr\u00e9ant de nouveaux liens motivateurs pour les collaborateurs.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2- Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la motivation des travailleurs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses \u00e9tudes montrent que les salari\u00e9s estiment que la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019espace de travail exerce un impact sur leur motivation et leur niveau d\u2019engagement. <strong>En faisant attention au cadre de travail et en l\u2019optimisant, on observe que les employ\u00e9s sont plus performants et moins absents<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019espaces cr\u00e9atifs immersifs et d\u2019outils adapt\u00e9s, les individus sont plus enclins \u00e0 trouver et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles id\u00e9es. C\u2019est sans doute pour cette raison que les espaces de travail dynamiques ont le vent en poupe.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les salari\u00e9s trouvent ainsi davantage de motivation pour int\u00e9grer des bureaux :&nbsp;<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Localement proches (le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail est une solution \u00e0 cette absence d\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Au confort physique adapt\u00e9 : mobilier confortable, am\u00e9nagements spacieux, bureaux ferm\u00e9s (adieu les open-spaces) ou open-spaces revisit\u00e9s laissant de l\u2019espace pour chacun et un nombre limit\u00e9 de postes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Flexibles qui laissent une grande libert\u00e9 dans le choix du travail et des horaires.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3- Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail est devenue un sujet majeur de sant\u00e9 au travail suite \u00e0 la hausse constante des facteurs de stress. La pression grandissante ressentie par les salari\u00e9s a pouss\u00e9 les institutions \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des milieux de travail plus sains, plus attractifs.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail, seul, ne suffisait pas. Il a alors fallu d\u00e9velopper la qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail pour permettre aux salari\u00e9s d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre leur bien-\u00eatre et leur productivit\u00e9.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail est un enjeu de d\u00e9veloppement pour l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 d\u2019une entreprise,<\/strong> la motivation professionnelle et la fid\u00e9lisation des salari\u00e9s sont des atouts importants. Ces nouvelles conditions de travail (t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, <em>flex-office<\/em>, outils facilitateurs de t\u00e2ches\u2026) \u00e9liminent petit \u00e0 petit les travaux p\u00e9nibles et\/ou r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les grandes tendances qui r\u00e8gnent en 2019 pour favoriser une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail :<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience collaborateur : il est de la responsabilit\u00e9 de chaque employeur de rendre ses employ\u00e9s employables tant en interne qu\u2019en externe.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion de la mobilit\u00e9 des professionnels : les salari\u00e9s ont la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019optimiser leurs d\u00e9placements (v\u00e9lo, covoiturage, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail\u2026).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion de la reconnaissance : le travail bien fait doit \u00eatre valoris\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion des lieux annexes : les entreprises doivent offrir la possibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s de confronter leurs exp\u00e9riences avec d\u2019autres typologies de m\u00e9tiers que ce soit dans des bureaux traditionnels ou des locaux de <em>coworking<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gestion de l\u2019intelligence \u00e9motionnelle : de moins en moins taboues, la prise en compte des \u00e9motions est au c\u0153ur des entreprises modernes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, de nombreuses organisations s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 ces nouveaux modes de travail et de management. D\u00e8s lors que les employ\u00e9s peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un environnement sain et d\u2019outils propices \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation, le pouvoir manag\u00e9rial en place s\u2019efface et la relation de confiance s\u2019installe.
